The building is in high demand as it was a Masonic Temple and has a beautiful lobby, friendly doorman, very PET friendly and family friendly too. 24 hour laundry in basement (though many apts have w/d) playroom in basement Condo board- Application is standard Orsid Realty application...Easy process!
