More Comments About the Building

"Typical for a "High end" building. Doorman-elevator-valet, etc... The lobby is understated class. It is "airy" but not tacky opulant. There is a club room, exercise facility an on-site parking. At the rear of the lobby is a very nice, little private park for the residents. This park is very, very nice. Located approximately 3 blocks for the "E" train. That station also connects to the Green line station. The building is located on the corner with Second Avenue. The building is in the heart of the Midtown East "restaurant district". There are many great casual dining restaurants located along Second Avenue from 57th Street down through the 40`s. The building is walking distance to Bloomingdales and fine dining at The Four Seasons, Felidia, The Bull & Bear, etc...."
