Very difficult pet policy. Tiny dogs only with board approval. Great building for foreign buyer's that want Park Ave. as long as they have strong financials. Purchaser's need EXTREMELY good financials + EXTREMELY good reference letters. I am the #1 selling broker in the building (sellers and buyers) for the past 5 years.
