20 East 68th Street: Review and Ratings

at The Southwest corner of Madison Avenue View Full Building Profile

Carter Horsley
Review of 20 East 68th Street by Carter Horsley

This attractive, white-brick, 16-story building and has 82 condominium apartments.

It has a prime Upper East Side location on a pretty block close to many of the most fashionable boutiques on Madison Avenue and numerous art galleries and restaurants. It is also close to The Frick Collection on Fifth Avenue at 70th Street.

The building has a doorman, sidewalk landscaping, a stainless-steel entrance marquee, basement storage, some terraces, a one-story polished gray granite base and discrete air-conditioners, but no health club, no balconies and no roof deck.
