Condo located in Upper East Side, between East 64th Street & East 65th Street

Comment About the Building

610 Park Avenue was built as the Mayfair Regent Hotel in 1925 by architect James Carpenter and was converted to a Condominium in 1997. With a modestly sized yet elegant and attractive lobby, this building still exudes the old world charm with which it was built. With a modest 68 homes on 15 floors and mostly 2 and 3 bedrooms units and some with fireplaces, you won?t feel like you are in a massive condo at all but a small European hotel. Furthermore, you will also hear many different languages in the building as some of the owners are from overseas. Complete with valet parking, optional maid service, roof deck, health club in the basement and a full time doorman plus a concierge. You know that you have arrived when you can order room service from one of the best restaurants in the world, Daniel, located within the building.
